No Dental Insurance? No problem! Our practice is now offering a low-cost, in-house, dental savings plan for a nominal membership fee. Our plan includes preventative dental care and a discount on restorative work such as fillings and crowns.

Plan Fee: $329/Year (represent 60% savings of regular fees)

• 2 exams per year
• 2 regular cleanings per year (2nd cleaning must be 6 months after the 1st cleaning)
• 2 emergency exams per year during business hours
• 2 fluoride treatments
• ALL diagnostic x-rays
• $500 off Invisalign treatment
• 15% OFF all dental treatment including dental sealants, fillings, night guards, oral surgery, crowns & bridges, veneers, root canals, periodontics, dentures, partials, implants

Dental Exclusions & Limitations:

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:

• For treatment which, in the sole opinion of the doctor, lies outside the realm of their capacity.
• For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.
• For dental procedures that are referred to specialists.
